STRATHCONA PARK TENT CITY DISMANTLED - HOMELESS QUATCHI - VANCOUVER BLOG - HOMELESSQUATCHI.COM

TENT CITY

STRATHCONA PARK

APRIL 30, 2021 - The Tent City at Strathcona Park has been dismantled. Vancouver Park Board has stepped in to clean it up.

Residents of the encampment aka Tent City are being moved to social housing like The Patricia Hotel. Housing some say is NOT SAFE. Tent City residents feel safer outside not hidden behind walls of buildings.

Strathcona residents can finally reclaim the park by displacing others.

Vancouver's solution to the ADDICTION CRISIS is to hide addicts away in the DTES. Sure there are services in the DTES, but it's designed to keep them there.

WOMAN FOLLOWED FOR 40MINUTES IN DOWNTOWN VANCOUVER STALKER ARRESTED - HOMELESS QUATCHI VANCOUVER BLOG - HOMELESSQUATCHI.COM

STALKER: Woman Followed for 40minutes in Downtown Vancouver.

Walking around Chinatown by yourself? Better be careful you might be followed especially if you're a woman.

Vancouver is marketing itself as the MOST WALKABLE CITY. However, looks like it is the most STALKABLE...

A woman was followed for over 30 minutes in the Chinatown area. She recorded the video and posted it to Facebook.

The video is very disturbing.

Jamie Coutts who told her story to the media and posted the original video below to Facebook is a very brave woman for sharing her experience.

While the resident addicts of the Downtown Eastside DTES keep to themselves mostly, the CREEP STALKER in this video doesn't seem to be an addict or resident of the DTES.

It's a good thing Coutts was able to find a SAFE SPACE at the Downtown Skateboard Park Vancouver Skate Plaza. Thank you skaters for keeping her safe from the stalker who took off after the group of skaters surrounded her.

As of March 19, 2021, the Vancouver Police say they arrested a suspect. However, Coutts says the cops got the WRONG guy and the STALKER is still out there!
