QUATCHI CAM - NEW PARKING RULES AT METROPOLIS METROTOWN WEST PARK | VANCOUVER BLOG | HOMELESSQUATCHI.COM

Parking in Burnaby Metrotown

ATTENTION SHOPPERS

New parking rules at Metropolis Metrotown Mall.

Metrotown Parking

There are new parking rules at Metrotown in Burnaby. On the Kingsway side of the mall the parking that was originally 4 hours free, is now 2 hours free, with a catch. You must register your car. Be careful where you PARK!

Which parking lots:

There are 5 Lots that are specified in West Parks new rules.

Around the old Sears location.

In front of Hudson's Bay.

In front of Uncle Willy's Buffet.

West Park wants you to register your vehicle at the machine to get 2 free hours.

It's unclear if the area in front of Superstore and the underground mall parking will also be changed to West Park's new rules. Unless those areas are owned / managed by a separate entity.

In addition to these parking areas above, Station Square's parking in front of Best Buy/Boston Pizza are also heavily patrolled and ticketed.

What do you think about the new rules?

Parking Lot Scammer Fraudster Burnaby Metrotown Richmond

Video is posted to reddit.

Hi Guys,
A couple of days ago I was backing out of Metrotown parking lot and I heard a knocking like sounds at the back of my car, I have a backup camera! I got out of the car and saw this guy pretending to be hurt, the first thing he said was do you want to call ICBC or settle... I immediately knew it was a scammer and started taking photos and called the cops shortly after. He started to book it when he saw we were calling the cops. Now my co-worker said the same guy is doing the same scam in Richmond and the guy in Richmond actually paid him a $100... Here is the video of the Richmond accident. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qXJeqPuC8uM&feature=youtu.beHere is another photo of him in Metrotown, Burnaby https://imgur.com/a/vAPF8Also, a newspaper in Richmond reported the same guys in a different ICBC scam the newspaper. I'll share the link -> https://imgur.com/a/7oF5mPlease, everyone, share this so we can spread awareness that this is happening in our city now!!!
I'll share more details later as I'm posting this from work.
Stay safe everyone.
I have a complete report with RCMP and ICBC... lets prevent this guys from scamming more people!
